Came here for an event they had with Yelp and had an absolutely fantastic time at Hi, skin! My mini facial was very relaxing. India was an amazing esthetician, very warm, friendly and gave a lot of great information during the facial. I opted in to add on the oxygen infusion and my skin has never felt so hydrated and refreshed. Highly recommend stopping for you skincare needs!

I would be lying if I said I had never been curious about facials, spa treatment (non-massages), and skin care routines. I’m so glad I checked them out because the staff at Hi, Skin really took care of me and opened my eyes to a whole new world of self-care and skin treatments. I had an amazing time The spot in Rice Village is tucked away off Kelvin street. I actually drove by it, saw it was there on my GPS, and still missed it when I looked out my window. I walked back over and saw the signage and entryway. The interior is deceptively spacious. There are these relaxing blues on the walls and everywhere and it simultaneously feels intimately lit and bright. There’s a seating area in the front where you can peruse skin care ointments and other products. You can also see the back where everyone is diligently and carefully providing treatments The front desk checked me in within seconds of my arrival. My specialist was wrapping up treatment for another guest, but she came over introduced herself, offered me water, and assured me she would be with me very shortly. Her name is Mariah, and she’s phenomenal. She was incredibly professional while simultaneously making small talk. The impact of her jovial and positive energy stare with me the rest of the day As I was brought back I was asked if there was anything other than the “Mini” that I was interested in. I explained why I knew and what I was curious about, but I differed to their expertise. Every single treatment, process, equipment, product, was explained to me in words I could understand and it was more of a conversation than clinical or pressuring or anything. Each step was also explained in terms of what to expect whether it was a pleasant scent, a warm or tingling sensation, a bright light, etc. each step was also explained in terms of why they were doing it The process flew by, and I honestly wish I had been there longer. It was so relaxing and was so well taken care of. Mariah collected a handful of products she said could help me hydrate, exfoliate, etc… the areas we were focusing on. She also said if I came back in that I should consider the full facial and she explained the benefits At checkout the staff were so friendly, efficient, and again nothing felt like I had to purchase anything additional Some tips: Parking is tricky in Rice Village. There are some parking garages, but if you drive around you can find 2hr street parking. I was lucky enough to get one spot right out front. There’s also free but limited parking off Chaucer Hi, Skin offers a membership program that will save you money on treatments, products, etc If you’re planning on using credit card there is a 3% fee, but they are kind enough to let you know far in advance. I received a text the day prior to confirm my appointment and to let me know Please check them out. You won’t be disappointed Cheers!!

Sophia, my esthetician, is amazing! Came here last year with my younger sister for my birthday and from the beginning to the end she was very informative. Explained the whole process to me, what products she used on me, and what she recommends after as well until we meet for our next appointment. The esthetician Juliet is wonderful, and I highly recommend getting a facial from here! Extremely welcoming, professional, and friendly environment, and I’ve really loved seeing my results so far.
